Heart of Gold is better than all of wee Bob‘s songs
I think i mildly enjoy maybe four dylan songs. Neil Young on the other hand at least four full albums worth of songs are fantastic. Anyone able to explain the Dylan cult to me?
Love both artists. I don't think of Dylan at all when I hear any Neil Young song.
I have no clue what he's talking about. So Bob is the only one aloud to play acoustic music. You could say that Bob stole from Woody Guthrie. People are influenced by others, that's not stealing.
Poor Bob can you see that tear runnin down my leg
Neil Young couldn't carry a tune in a bushel basket. Bod Dylan has several effective nuances to his voice, all of which were appealing. Just sayin'!
Sounds nothing like Dylan
Get over it bobby
I dislike it too 😂😊
I don't see it
This reminds of that song that says "your so vain, you probably think this song is about you".
Dylan needs to get over himself, Neil Young does politically as well! Bob acts like he invented "talking as singing"? Hasn't he ever heard Frank Sinatra? 😅
Nope. Neil Young even though he's a bit crazy, far better guitar player and actually could hit his notes when he sang. Bob couldn't do either
Dylan is way more artist than NY
His output is awesome
I can count over 100 great Songs
Neil got about 10🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Well I think Bob got that one wrong. Neil Young was his own man not a copy cat.
Geez what did he think when he heard Horse with No Name?
Too bad we didn't get paul brady instead of neil young or bob dylan
Egomaniac
If this is true, chalk one up for the home team. Neil Young got in that man’s head. He was, in all fairness, twice the songwriter and performer as Dylan. Keep on rockin in the free world is arguably Young’s tenth best song. Dylan could never write that song, even with that ole midnight crossroads deal.
I never ever thought of Bob Dylan when I listened to heart of gold? Confused.
Sorry but Dylans voice is horrible. No comparison
Both sing like talentless, lazy bums.
Dylan a delusional wuss
At least Neil Young used his real name
I'll bet Woody Guthrie hated it whenever Bob Dylan came on the radio. He probably thought someone else had taken his thing and run away with it…
Don't like either very much..never did
Dylan was a douche.
Bummer 😢
Neil Young doesn’t sound like Bob Dylan in that song and those aren’t Dylan’s type of lyrics. Neil Young wrote a great song and sang it beautifully.
Heart of gold is such a weak song 🤮 Neil even sounds like he’s been shooting up estrogen for the a few months before recording the vocals for it.
Dylan was really mean to Simon and Garfunkel when they started out.
Not a big fan of Dylan
Neil Young is a sell out who lectures everybody except for maybe his accountant.
That's ridiculous I can't see Why he would hate the song because it sounds like him.. It's a great song
Dylan was at best, okay.
Neil Young sounds nothen like Bob Dylan.Who would want to sound like Bob Dylan?
Both unbearable garbage.
Dylan is a god, I feel bad for those of you that don’t realize it.
Southern man don’t need him around anyway
No Bob.
Listen man I want to live.
I want to give.
Laurel canyon c.i.a boy.
oddly Heart of Gold doesn’t really sound like Dylan much at all
What a crock Dylan was pushed like many other entertainers. When he doesn’t have that weird tone he sounds a lot better!
Been a Neil fan for decades. Luke warm on Dylan, but recognize his contributions.
Dylan was clearly suffering from a case of peni_ envy, because heart of gold sounds nothing like dylan. Yet, everything like Neil.
