The Doors channel is the official YouTube home of classic Doors live performances, The Doors albums, and contemporary performances and content honoring The Doors featuring John Densmore and Robby Krieger.
With an intoxicating, genre-blending sound, provocative and uncompromising songs, and the mesmerizing power of singer Jim Morrison’s poetry and presence, The Doors had a transformative impact not only on popular music but on popular culture.
The Doors’ arrival on the rock scene in 1967 marked not only the start of a string of hit singles and albums that would become classics, but also of something much bigger – a new and deeper relationship between creators and audience. Refusing to be mere entertainers, the Los Angeles quartet relentlessly challenged, confronted and inspired their fans, leaping headfirst into the heart of darkness while other bands warbled about peace and love. Though they’ve had scores of imitators, there’s never been another band quite like them.

turn out the lights..
I was born in1971!!! I grew up listening My brother 's music, Long live lizard king!!!!!
Light My Fire is a masterpiece that never gets old. Not many bands can rival The Doors. They were truly something else and probably not even human.
I remember my sister got the 45 of "Light my Fire" that year
Super melodia.
Wow me sorprende que este año en el 67 debutó de las mejores bandas que e oido en mi corta vida
Mr. James Douglas Morisson 😢
Mr. Raymond Daniel Manzarek 😢
One of my favorite albums along with The Soft Parade
i'd be a diferent dude if not for this jam of an album being made.
god bless this band
And so the great journey for The Doors began. 🎶🎶🎶
One of the best bands of all time. The music takes you on a mental journey.
The greatest debut album ever by a group of previously unknown musicians. Break On Through is the greatest first track ever on a debut album as well. Of course this is just my own opinion.
The best band in this fucking world .
Se le veía lo vicioso hasta x los poros
"Girl we couldn't get much higher" take that Ed.
I still remember the day I bought my first doors album, Morrison Hotel. September 19, 1990.
Life changing.
