I like all these songs that were picked out for this TikTok including: Diana Ross' "Touch Me In The Morning"; Carly Simon's "You're So Vain"; Billy Preston's Will It Go Around In Circles"; Elton John's "Crocodile Rock"; Kris Kristofferson's "Why Me"; Paul & Linda McCarthy and Wings' "My Love"; Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"; Roberta Flack's "Killing Me Softly"; Jim Croce's
"Bad, Bad Leroy Brown"; Tony Orlando & Dawn's "Tie A Yellow Ribbon Around The Ole Oak Tree". I also like most songs of that era, year, decade and of course most songs of yesteryear..
Some great songs that year. Even though it didn't go to number one yesterday, once more by The Carpenters, it is a great song from 1973
All great songs but could do without Tony Orlando
Roberta !
nope nah yeah no ? no YES! uhh errr no
My Love. One of the most beautiful love songs I've ever heard. I was 13 in '73, dancing to this in the 7th grade.
Oh, yes, can't forget, Led Zeppelin's D'yer Mak'er.
About time some Carly
Good times but no Steely Dan in the list.
My Main Man Elton.
The people who compile these
Clearly have something against the eagles
Killing Me Softly….by Roberta Flack is PERFECTION
Great songs GREAT music 🎶 still listen today
Such fantastic music. i was 9 and a slave to mom and dads radio stations mostly. I remember vividly hearing Carly, & Roberta Flack regularly they were big, and Wings and Tony Orlando were huge at the time .
All The Greatest Legends!!❤❤🎉🎉
I have a theory about songs that came out the year a month you were born. I listen to a lot of songs that came out the day I was born and even though I'm not a fan of a lot of the music I'm fond of those particular songs. And even if it's not a very good song I still like the song that was released on the very same day I was born
How things have changed. Just for a moment I thought the name of the first song was, "text me in the morning."
Sir Elton John❤
The one they missed was Dark Side of the Moon, start to finish.
What great singers these people are I was 2 years old gonna be 3 in May when these songs came out in 1973 I love you so much your 1 fan for life
I agree with every single one of these except for the fact that Free Bird isn’t on here
What? No Ramblin Man?
