The Chiffons sued George Harrison over this song, they claimed he copied the first few notes for his song "My Sweet Lord". I don't remember what happened in the end, the lawsuit went on for years.
I'm surprised that there are no Beatles songs here, this is the year when they really became famous. I remember because I was 13 at the time, and was buying their first records, and I still have them!

My father supported me sending Me playing ,So he sent me professional lessons some kids there parents sent them for piano 🎹 lessons
I learned to play them drums 🥁 last year in fact at my daughter's wedding i surprised my dad when I had some musicians friends I invited and
I played Wipe out which I hadn't played in decades MY dad was extremely happy it launched musical journey and it kept me from a regular 9 to 5 😊😊😊
